After a Cialis commercial is always a Viagra commercial, which Paul is now studying. Paul is pondering the message to “take action” as a horse is pulling an old truck out of mud. There could be a metaphor in that. Or, it could be the one where a man is bringing a fire warmed coffee to his woman in a tent in the desolate wilderness. If you’ve got to pull your truck out of the mud with a horse, or are trying to survive in a flimsy tent with grizzly bears around, I don’t think that’s a romantic prelude.
