    Holy moly! You never see Paul doing this. And about the lighting being low… who knows where that could lead.

    There’s a reason you so often see Robert Irvine tearing out carpet in favor of other flooring (it often stinks). Restaurants have many spills (older ones allowed smoking) and carpets absorb all of that.

    Sawdust on the floor would mop the spills up. Of course it would have to be a quarry tiled floor.
    Quite often the carpets are of a hideous design.
