We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

It would be better if she didn’t help.

Have to agree. Claire’s help doesn’t seem to help much.

Morel mushrooms vs portabella? No wonder he’s going broke. Even dried, morels cost around $200 per pound. Go with the less expensive, but still tasty ingredient! (Besides portabellas can handle lots of garlic; morels are more delicate.)

Tony Bennett is a good choice, but I would go with Dean Martin. : ))
