We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

Oh Claire…What you’re doing now is what you should have done BEFORE you meddled in an otherwise successful restaurant’s menu. It’s called market research. Hopefully, you can undo the damage you’ve done…

And there’s your other problem… Maybe the food was fine, they just didn’t have enough reviews. Sometimes the hype will attract people more than the food.

I don’t think the restaurant was all that successful, which is why Claire “meddled” in the first place. I think she just wanted to try and help improve it. But market research is a good idea… now if she doesn’t blow that!
It would be a good idea to read the reviews to get a base line of what they should be looking for… just sayin’!

Just wait till they get caught going in or coming out of there by Gianni or Mila and have to explain that.

Claire could have sealed that command with a kiss. Instead she’s ordering Paul around like a lackey. Not that there aren’t relationships like this…

Why hasn’t she applied for kitchen nightmares yet?
