We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

I’m surprised she still has a job after being gone so long!

Maybe she is just visiting old friends.

I’ll be “visiting” my last job back in Evanston on this trip. I hope they might take me back at least part time (they said I could always come back when I left-15 years ago).

When her friends described her as “big-time,” they weren’t kidding. The heiress, Claire is marking time until she and her lover Paul take ultimate control of a car dealership. Paul, with a quick intelligence honed from years of studying sciences and math will quite easily adapt to dealing in new cars. As the business expands Claire will go headlong into philanthropy while a cute new billing clerk catches Paul’s roving eye. This is a shocking condition in the formerly stalwart Paul that has emerged from years of a kind of physical deprivation, the effects of which no man can withstand forever.
