The step into adulthood is a scary one. So much is new, unfamiliar, frightening, incomprehensible. Claire has just taken this step. She’s moved from her parents’ to her own apartment, to start life as an "adult". Armed with a good heart and an optimistic spirit, her challenge is she still has so much to learn about life: the nuts and bolts of managing a job, a home, how people interact, relationships, planning for her future, and so much more.
We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

At my class reunion, I expected everyone to have something interesting to say and adventures to tell everyone about. I was so dissapointed! Almost everyone was flat-out boring! I ended up sitting with the guys who went into the army and we swapped “foreign country stories” and locations of our favorite places to eat overseas. I now know about some really great restaurants in Germany!

I would much rather worry about money and HAVE it than the other way around- I KNOW how to do that!
