We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

If the snake food comes in a box, they can’t be too big or risky. More than one person I’ve known owned pythons, and the feeding process involved mice or rats, one every three to five days or so. Even those were human-safe snakes. The fact one friend’s python took out some old lady’s chihuahua was poetic justice. She was trying to get a petition signed to ask a lesbian couple to leave the neighborhood and stopped by the house when my friend was cleaning the snake’s cage.
