This got my blood boiling too. I worked a part time job at a movie theatre for almost four years. I was getting paid minimum wage to rip tickets, but I ironed my crisp, white shirt, shined the brass on fixtures in the lobby and swept the main lobby and parking lot. When people attach their name to something, they should have more pride. Great work today, George. It does everything a comic strip should do: strike a personal cord with the reader, inspire an emotion and initiate thought and conversation.

You hit the nail right on the head! That’s why I love this strip.

@anniebodyhome & @Nathan J. DiPerri, thanks! I’m definitely trying to create a comic for the people on their grind, and to illustrate the intricate details of the things that exist in the service industry :)
