I’m sure Ollie’s been reading the material of one or more of the giants in today’s literary field.

Sunday is white, it’s the last day of the weekend, made to be savored and enjoyed.

Well, today Sunday was Red for Palm/Passion Sunday, but It’ll be White for Easter next week, is Purple for Lent, Blue or Purple for Advent (depending on your bent), Red for various martyrs’ and Saints’ days, White for Epiphany, Christmas and Eastertide, Red for Pentecost, and Green for “common time”…but I guess that’s just in church.

I think it’s Puce on Sundays after Saturdays of serious drinking, but remember that that colour is pronounced “Puke” on those days.

Funny, we are just talking about synesthesia the other day. One person was green with envy, another was a yellow coward and a third was tickled pink. I saw red though when the purple people-eater walked in.
