Colorblindness does not mean that a given color looks like absolutely any color.

Eyes are strange things. When I was a kid, my mom always used to use me to tell her if a color matched something at home. If I look at the light from a prism in sunlight, the color looks a yukky shade of grey with purple to the left of violet. By contrast 400nm looks a shade of bright magenta to me.
.
Goldfish can supposedly see infrared to ultraviolet.

Think Pink is the Pink Panther’s Motto

@Tigger
Maybe. But I have no idea what the idea is behind PINK on all those clothes. At least they’re not running around advertising that their @$$3$ are JUICY.

I think they went shopping for singer Pink’s clothing line.

PINK is part of Victoria’s Secret.

To add to what simpsonfan said …. “Pink” is a line of women’s underwear and clothes made for Victoria’s secret, but sporty instead of lacy….
bright colored bras, hoodies, boxer shorts, tank tops, etc…
but often satin or sequined.
It’s all emblazoned with the word “Pink,” often in spangles, no matter what color the garments.

I knew a girl in high school who wore a blue clothing with the ironic word pink on it.
