HA, I need a bumper sticker that says that. WWCED, that’s priceless.
Although, in situations like this, captain eddie usually does something fairly disgusting, and thus avoids getting eaten.

Captain Eddy is one of the more Prevelant Side Characters, he’s often placed in the Diner Spouting his Northern Acented Advice at the Waitress there, and on ocasion he talks to Danae and others as well. In the Past he has discussed Mars 3.5 and even Profecces to Know Lars.

That bird is taking a hell of a long time feeding its young. Is it waiting for the father to add spices?

see her expression yesterday…. maye she is making the decision that this dinner is not so good for her children. How To Serve Mankind does not have the proper receipes for pterodactyles(sp).

That’s a good thought Danae, but where are you going to find a jar of mayonaise?

Jeffrey… maybe this will teach you not to go out with girls who have a skull in the middle of a heart on their t-shirt… complicated indeed.

WCEWD = What Captain Eddie Would Do
WWCED = What Would Captain Eddie Do?
Both play off the WWJD (“What Would Jesus Do?”) bracelet popular among many Christians.
Not sure about CE B WZ. Perhaps “Captain Eddie be wiz(ard)”?

I’m pretty sure any references to Basil were meant about Wiley’s character Ordinary Basil (from one of the sunday story lines that is held completely separate from any storyline involving Danae, Captain Eddie and Flo’s Offshore Diner), and his friend, Louise, who has a pet pteranodon (a flying dinosaur like the one about to eat Danae and Jeffrey).

@ Wiley Will we ever get to see Brenda again? Way back when, when the dogs got lost Brenda and Joe were looking at the moon. That comic got me a significant other. Now I need a comic to help me to present some crystallized carbon to her.
