    Well, that explains why Queen Elizabeth won’t step down and let Prince Charles have his turn. If she lives as long as the Queen Mum, he’ll be 80 before he takes over.

    Aside for vreed: I can remember in 1988 how much the media made much ado about Chuck’s hitting four-oh before getting onto British throne–and these were the same who paid no attention when other constitutional royalty (Beatrix of Netherlands, Akihito of Japan, Harald of Norway) passed those.

    A good question is if Chuck is even allowed onto British throne by “Crazy Hank Laws” (Henry VIII).
