Activist judges are just awful, the worst thing in the world.
Except that It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It.

The door should have always been open for the individual to make choices, not to have the government dictate them to you. Get it right.

Show me where anyone is lying. Hobby Lobby has decided to single out a couple forms of birth control based on bad medical evidence & their “religious beliefs”.

Allowing companies to skirt the law is a bad idea. Of course, the whole point would be moot if we had Single Payer.

Jeez, Cube; Anderson is no left winger; he’s to the right of the middle. Make your point some way besides calling names, eh? Can you do that?

I’m just wondering what’s so bad about the option shown in the cartoon? Don’t we deserve the choice… The ability to decide for ourselves? After all, the best, most effective form of birth control is abstinence… And it’s free. Right?

In a free nation, the government should not be “Mandating” health care, much less birth control. Personal freedom, personal choices, stay the f#%k out of my life Uncle Sam.

What until non-Christian corporations, uh I mean “people”, start imposing their morals via healthcare. I’m stocking up on popcorn.

Just a note: Hobby Lobby doesn’t pay for anything here, their employees pay as part of their salaries and benefits, and the insurance companies pay the tab. The advantage of being a corporation instead of a real human bean.

^In the over 50 years I WAS employed, my benefits, including health insurance were MY benefits that were a part of MY “salary and benefits”, so were STILL MINE, not my employer’s to decide.

“Hobby Lobby as other Employers who offer Health Care Benefits to their Employees pay the larger portion of the premiums, you would know this if you had ever been employed a day in your life.”

Aside from the unnecessary rudeness, you do realize that your employer in fact pays 100% of your salary & benefits? All of that money goes into the payroll system with your name on it. Of course, you earned it by doing your job. It’s yours.

So, why does the company get to decide how some of your compensation can be spent, but not all of it?

hey, you ARE CORRECT. Imagine that. Health care insurance when offered is part of the overall compensation package.

Now come on, you had to fill out the forms, read the literature and decide which “options” you wanted. Remember?

You could get family coverage or single.

You could get vision care or not.

    Dental or not.

Every option modified your portion of the premium.

So, yes, you got to decide your coverage based on what you wanted to contribute
AND the options offered under the various plans.

Just because the “company” does not offer to pay for specific types of birth control does not mean they are not available to you. You just have to include them in you choices and PAY FOR THEM.

Just like the option to have a family plan or a vison plan or a dental plan.

    Hate is really ugly trout.
