Just 5 days ago Obamacare only had 29 percent approval rating, and had just over 5 million sign ups. Then all of a sudden on the LAST day you expect me to believe that it SUDDENLY exceeded SEVEN million sign ups, even though the website crashed TWICE? Ok then, just give us the numbers of how many of these people have PAID on their Obamacare premiums…..tell us how many sign ups were uninsured to begin with since Obamacare was to be for those that had no insurance to begin with. If Obamacare was/is SUCH a success then just GIVE us the numbers and have something legitimate to crow about!

Actually, procrastination IS COVERED by the clowns running Obama(non)Care.
You just have to pinky swear that you TRIED to sign up before April 1st and you will be allowed.
As Boehner now famously said “What is this, a joke?!?”.
So great, we got millions of people to cancel their existing health insurance and sign up for Healthcare Welfare.
I wonder how high that 2 Trillion dollar estimate will really cost.
Here come even smaller paychecks people!

“So great, we got millions of people to cancel their existing health insurance and sign up for Healthcare Welfare.”

That ignores those who had their policies cancelled because of Obamacare. Like the Piano Man sings, we have no idea how many people actually got insurance that didn’t already have insurance.

How many people wait until April 14th to start working on their tax returns and/or wait until December 23rd to do their Christmas shopping? We are a nation of procrastinators.

@If my words offend you - you don't have the open mind you claim to have

As opposed to the old way of doing health insurance where if you had a case of the sniffles as a child, you had a preexisting condition.

Really Bro? Look, I know you want Obama to be right and you are a caring individual that wants to see everyone get basic health care, as do we all.

Now here is and interesting article:

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2014/03/31/rand-only-one-third-of-obamacare-exchange-sign-ups-were-from-the-previously-uninsured/

As you can see, the article contends that only 1/4 to 1/3 of the enrolls did not have insurance to begin with. So do the math.

30 million with out insurance. The MAIN reason for the law.

7 million sign ups (not all have insurance since payment is a problem and not all actually bought it but the DID “sign up”.

So 66% had insurance before hand but lost it due to the law and had to turn to the government program. So of the uninsured the total is only 2,310,000 that now have insurance which leaves 27,690,000 of your brothers and sisters STILL without insurance. Yep, good job Jase.

Here’s another article that you may want to read:

    http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2014-01-13/whos-buying-obamacare-in-three-charts

Within it we see that 79% of the people getting insurance qualify for a subsidy. Oh. That means taxes pay for it. Not the individual.

How successful can it be if you have to take from the middle class and redistribute wealth via healthcare?

But you have a point about procrastinators. Still, with the track record of this administration vis a’ vis the truth, the numbers are suspect at the very least.

Obama has taken his media and lied to us at every opportunity. What makes this any different? Keep your doctor? nope. Keep your plan? Nope. reduce costs for a family of 4 by 2500 bucks? nope. Change deadlines? yep. Spend over 600 million on a website that had to be “repaired” at the get go? yep.

How much do you need to form an opinion of his honesty?

Palin and Cruz chose the right book to illustrate the public’s reaction to Obamacare. They just neglected to finish reading the book. The last few pages are:

    You do not like them.
    SO you say.
    Try them! Try them!
    And you may.
Try them and you may I say.

    Sam!
If you will let me be,
    I will try them.
    You will see.

    Say!
I like green eggs and ham!
    I do!! I like them, Sam-I-am!
And I would eat them in a boat!
And I would eat them with a goat…
And I will eat them in the rain.
And in the dark. And on a train.
And in a car. And in a tree.
They are so good so good you see!

So I will eat them in a box.
And I will eat them with a fox.
And I will eat them in a house.
And I will eat them with a mouse.
And I will eat them here and there.
Say! I will eat them ANYWHERE!

    I do so like
    green eggs and ham!
    Thank you!
    Thank you,
    Sam-I-am

It’s not civilized to reach into another person’s wallet because you won’t work and think you deserve it because they earn too much.
