    A nice nod to “Pogo.” Also happened to me once too. When I was a child back in the 1960’s, was a female and looked large to me. Prehistoric survival it is.

    The strip’s creator, the late Walt Kelly, Jr., was an animator for another famous Walt….Walt Disney.

    So why doesn’t gocomics offer Pogo? Best daily political/cultural commentary ever. Famous for “We has met the enemy and he is us”.

    not many people want to take the time to enjoy the strip with all its details and word balloons and antiquated references, such as the whole McCarthy era. It’s a wonderful comic, and I have all the collections, yet even I get antsy with it even though I love it.
