See? This shows that you don’t need a designated day to show your appreciation! And like the Nancy strip I saw on FB yesterday, it would be nice for EVERYIONE to have someone in their life to make a real difference….. and it would be nice to have more good cake around, ha ha!

    This info from Wikipedia:

Nancy was featured in three animated shorts by the Terrytoons studio in 1942–43: School Daze, Nancy’s Little Theater and Doing Their Bit.

The third one, I believe, is the one you mentioned seeing. Also of note, are the Animations done for Filmation, including both “Archie’s TV Funnies” and “the Fabulous Funnies”, done in the 1970s….

Sure! Glad to help! I’ve also tried searching different sites for the ‘40s ones, but to no avail so far. Hopefully someone else may know where else they could be, or maybe there’s a compilation floating out there, if anyone knows…

But the 70s ones are on Amazon, though….

I see Nancy is getting to what really counts to her in that last panel. Don’t get mad, as Kenny Delmar used to say, that’s a joke son, that’s a joke.

What I said yesterday, I should have saved for today. Fritzi now has two children.
