   I thought that getting away from suffering is the foundation of Buddhism. At least in the long run.

   In the long run we are all dead. Suffering is the foundation of all, and the reason for the existence of Buddhism. Nirvana simply means to blow out, like a candle. No,suffering, no joy, nothing. So Nirvana is a goal of Buddhism, as is Buddhahood.
   
   Some Buddhists who obtain enough of the True Light, may decide it is their Dharma to be Boddhisattva, after they have been absorbed into the Æther, and return to this plane of existence to demonstrate humility and help others attain enlightenment.
   
   AutoDidacts never attain True Enlightenment. People need a series of teachers skilled in critical thinking and experienced as teachers to correct their folly and chasten them.
   
   When the student is ready the Master will appear. But if you see Buddha, you must destroy him, because it is not enough to perceive the Buddha. Seek a teacher, you have much to learn.
   
   The foundation of a house is an early step in acquiring shelter, but self protection and comfort are the purpose of building a house.

    Say ‘Zeeva’ with a ‘D’ in front of it. Or ‘Diva’ with a bee flying close to the ‘D’. Just two syllables with the accent on the first. ‘Diva’ is a clue to Dziva’s new look.
    Of course I meant ‘Friday’ about the new strip.
