Happy New Year, Vagabonds.Woodworker: Whenever I see something that looks good on an infomercial, I go online and look up some of the customer reviews. Almost invariably people will say how the product doesn’t work or how bad the customer service was for the company. There was even one whose website was so confusing and misleading that people ended up paying over $100 for something that was advertised as $10 plus s&h, with no way of reviewing the order before actually placing it and no way of cancelling once it was placed. And you are right. If it is a good product, it will eventually show up in Fry’s, CVS or one of those “as seen on TV” stores.
