If they asked me, “I Could Write A Book”(Frank Sinatra)—-but you can’t judge a book by it’s cover#3.

A small dog is a “miniature” or a “toy”.
A “mutt” is a mixed breed, or mongrel.

Very true and loved the song by the way… And the song yesterday too.
Both excellent.
Thank you!
I haven’t talked to you in a while so I’m not sure if you’ve been reading the Andy Capp section these past few days but I had an accident on Tuesday and have a few injuries.
I fell on the ice and experienced no pain or shock straight away but about 7 hours later it hit me and really shook me up. I’m still not fully recovered and I’m just taking it easy. But fortunately, I still have my sense of humour and wit.
Sorry to bore you but I tell everybody who I care about. You’re all like a second family to me.
Your Sleepy Time Gal will be OK… She’s a fighter.
I hope your week was better than mine, Music Man!

Wish you well. Those “ice-falls” can be hazardous.

Right now a song for you comes to mind—“The Very Thought Of You”—I can’t be there to sing it to you, but Al Bowley with the Ray Noble orchestra can. Get well my #3.

They took their gloves off for this one.

Mutt thought Jeff’s humor was criminal, so he threw the book at him.

Ice falls are the worst. If one trips and falls, at least one has some control over the fall. Likewise if one foot hits a slick spot.
However, in an ice fall, when one foot slips, the other does also and the hip has a 3 foot fall to hard ice.
(Even worse if the ice is frozen over gravel!)

I agree with you, However I couldn’t control my fall. I did try but I couldn’t stop sliding along the path.
It happened too fast and there was nothing I could do.

You are so sweet… Both of those songs were perfect.
Loved them both.
I’m sure I’ll be fine soon but I’m thinking of seeing my doctor if the pains aren’t gone soon. I’ll let you know… If you want me to.
Thank you again, Music Man
