I love Jeff’s right brain-left brain thinking in frames 2 and 3!

Everything costed so much less back then. You could pay for meals with pocket change. You didn’t need big bills and could use them to light cigars.

I’m not old…but not young either…and I can remember when $20 worth of groceries would fill the trunk of the car…and these were the big paper sacks. Now, $20 will fit in one bag with plenty of space left over…

@Arye Uygur
It looks like a one, back then it was like a $20 today.

I don’t ever remember Jeff being 20; he has always looked the same age to me. Ah, but if the thought of being RICH makes Jeff feel a little better then usual, then that’s a good thing..

The philosophy needed here, is for Mutt and Jeff to sing the Bing Crosby song “I haven’t Time To Be a Millionaire”#3.

@catman5169
But catman—you can start singing “I Found A Million Dollar Baby In The Five And Ten Cent Store”.

Hey, it works for Jeff and it works for the US government …trillions in debt but still spending like there’s no tomorrow. I assume Congress is counting on a huge caldera blowout or an asteroid collision to solve the tomorrow issue.

Beautiful song! Loved it.
Not sure if you’ll like this song or not. Another one of my favourites.

What was it that Billy Cristol character used to say——Remember it is better to look good than to feel good.

Before you start feeling Rich, ask him if it’s okay.
