    I worked in a hospital with a man who had no first name! He went by initials KT. Parents fogot to name him. Seriously!! Told me it often happened in rural South area where he was born.

    Ive been through the desert on a horse with no name. I would just call him ‘Horse’ and he would roll his eyes at me the way all horses do.
