    Um, not “in” breeding, but “inter” breeding…. i.e, the suggestion is that Neanderthal interbred with other hominids and that Neanderthal traits were bred away as a result. Kinda opposite of the inbreeding link you posted.

    Disclaimer: I am not, nor have I ever been a believer in genetic evolution. I am a creationist. I have also seen living persons who looked quite like Neanderthal.
