Monty won the 2008 National Cartoonists Society's Award for Best Newspaper Strip.
Jim Meddick is a former political cartoonist, a work he began a short time after graduating from the Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., in 1983. While he was in the university, he won the Student Cartoonists Contest of the Chicago Tribune with his strip “Paperback Writer”.

I never had thought of Gretchen as the balletomane-type, but then Barry does (did?) have a wide following, perhaps especially since White Nights exposed him (pardon the expression) to a wider audience….

I remember mimeograph machines when I was in school. When they passed the mimeographed sheets out, everybody would smell the sheets (the purple ink had a pleasant smell).

Any woman with a crush on a celebrity (much less a gay one) is very confused to say the least. All celebs seem to sleep around more even than the average unknown person. I am glad to be in love with a great real man.
