    Momma’s been giving her the same advice for 30 years. Just like she keeps telling Francis to get off his bum and get a job and he hasn’t done that either.

    While this strip has been going for 30 years, the main characters of the strip have their ages remaining the same.

    That’s like Dennis the Menace being somewhere between 5 1/2 years old and 6 years old. When the anniversay day of the the comic appears, Dennis blows out the candles on his birthday cake and on the next day, he is 6 months younger again.
