Speaking of “main-stream media”, why is it everybody knows who Bill O’Reily, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, Donald Trump, etc., etc., are so well? Those, you don’t consider “MSM”? I think the right is well represented in the media, AND without a shadow of a doubt showing their true “colors”. I don’t get rich being an ass, because I have more pride in myself to put it on display.
In the context of the comment that was made by Mr. Kaplan, it had nothing to do with politeness, it had everything to do with taking the meaning of the wording of a song out of context and twisting to have some sort of racial overtone that was never intended. Funny in a cartoon, stupid when those who see themselves as the enforcers of PC push it to the limits of insanity.
