    like does going deeper into afghanistan depend on the karzai thing?

    obama’s going over on the 10th i think - when’s the afghani vote? Obama’s expected to announce how many troops in the next couple weeks – 10,000, 40,000, 80,000 – right around or after polling

    The best way to calm a “mean puppy” down is to cut it’s nuts off, early in the game. Later, it may still pee on the carpet, but it still calms down. We don’t need to kill every animal in the neighborhood to control one dog. We need to adjust policy.
