“Auschitz Annie” is disgusting in print, let alone on air. Rush is too much any more. Olberman, I only see his commentaries on line, don’t get MSNBC, so haven’t seen his “interviews”, same for Malkin.

There is a difference between strong commentary and loud b.s., with spewed lies and fabrications.

Even GORE has more “whimsy” than Rush, and Franken is now in the Senate, I doubt the Repubs will be crossing verbal swords with him.

Any opposition to the Utopian Ideal must cease. Our Liberal Minions must not let these Conservative Terrorists speak in public or on campuses.

The Books published and Movies produced showing President Bush being killed need to be updated. The video @ moveon that proves President Bush is really Hitler needs to be brought back.

Let’s make up garbage about Sarah Palin, she is the super terrorist.

Our Beloved Obma needs us, as much as we need him.

“ Olberman, I only see his commentaries on line”.

Thompson needs to pay more attention to MSNBC. Chris Matthews is the one that shouts his guest down. In fact, he talks so much his guests can’t get a word in edgewise.

Riiiiiight. If you were watching the news, you’d realize that Conservatives get most of the airtime. The media loves to only show the loudest, most outrageous things on their news, and right now that’s the tea baggers..uh..birthers…uh.. deathers… whatever they call themselves now.

    Because they are both men?

Thompson must have run out of ideas. Do most politicians and the media care when a soft-spoken, polite person makes a suggestion? And this coming from a guy whose job is to lambaste politicians.

The Health Care Reform debate has been a sham.

The opposition to reform strikes me as dogmatic. I have seen some proponents of reform act equally unreasonably, but in far fewer numbers.

Socialism? Death panels? The end of liberty?

Does anyone opposing reform really believe that stuff?

Does anyone think that universal coverage is in itself a bad idea?

Take this as an invitation to convince a “liberal” that reform is bad for our nation.

I use the term “liberal” purposely, in support of the cartoonist’s premise.

We all need a healthy dose of “liberal” in our intellectual diets. Even the righties and their rabble amongst us. Not “liberal” in the slant of a policy or program, but “liberal” as in “liberal arts education”.

    To quote Bertrand Russell:

“The essence of the Liberal outlook lies not in what opinions are held, but in how they are held: instead of being held dogmatically, they are held tentatively, and with a consciousness that new evidence may at any moment lead to their abandonment.”

Forget the talking points and the talking heads. It is a shame on us if we cannot be open-minded, discuss the matter, and convey our considered opinions to our elected representatives, who will then decide the matter.

Politics and disappointment go hand in hand. The remedy is at the polling place.

Attempting to dissolve the debate into chaos ignores the plight of the uninsured. This should be an embarassment to the shouters, the prevaricators, and the ill informed.
