I was (am) jealous of Bill. Position of power. Just too much hubris and too many people knew what was going on with the pizza deliveries.

This is something like the fifteenth cartoon recently alluding to Bill’s bimbo problem. (Interestingly, I have heard not one single story about him fooling around since he left office.)
Anyone remember that this is one of the most brilliant, educated, and thoughtful politicians around? He’s a policy wonk, whom people like to forget was way smarter even than Al Gore. He’s the kind of guy who apparently, two weeks before he left office, got asked a question about someplace obscure (to Americans) like Chad, and was able to discuss it knowledgeably off the top of his head for an hour. We NEED this guy out there, because the rest of the world loves him, because he knows about them.

I saw a cartoon on french TV today (a weekly news recap and they invited editorial cartoonists). In the toon Bush said : “I screwed the entire planet and I didn’t even had an intern”

You all missed the point…He can’t be trusted…with a position (no pun intended) of or near authority. But like usual, this is a plus for the Democratic resume…

MOTIVEMAGUS Okay, what’s new? 1.Aggression against an aggressive and undependable and dangerous ideology and its adherents. Libs: No plan
2.Suffering economy - I will paraphrase Alabama “We were so poor we didn’t know (there was a Great Depression going on)” - Markets go up , markets go down. Libs: “See capitalism is bad”
3.Yes, god forbid we should be dependent on the Peaceful people of the Mid-East . But, if we all try real hard we might be able to run our refrigerators for four hours on only twelve hours work-out on an exercise bike hooked to a power cell. Very soon we can do away with the need for electricity at all.
5.Under-garments on the head and trick asphyxiation has severely degraded our image amongst the civilized nations of the world, But after all, they’ve been willing to let America handle it all by ourselves this time anyway.
Believe me, I am desperately waiting for the next two months to go quick so at least we will start hearing what a Liberals idea of “good news” is again. OBAMATOPIA!

motivemagus said, 11 months ago
NFP - you asked where “we” are. I told you. You say “what’s new?” If you knew, why’d you ask?
And I agree with Humphries - you don’t really seem to have said anything but how you hate those bleeep libs – who weren’t the ones who got us into this mess. (Even assuming Obama is liberal instead of centrist, which is what he appears to be.) No guarantees they’ll get us out, but at least they won’t be following the same old failed policies.

Not only does this have nothing to do with Bill’s zipper, but I fully expect you to ignore all my rebuttals and to demean me personally and intellectually which seems to be all that you libs fall back on- so what’s the point? You make your snarky comments, I make mine - . The liberals on this web-site aren’t happy unless you have scared all debaters away so you can keep the post to yourself I guess. Here is my rebuttals yet again in response to you and HUMPHRIES.
_motivemagus says:
NoFearPup - given you evidently don’t read papers:_
1. two horribly expensive wars which are not addressing our main terror target Wrong - we are projecting power in that part of the world for allies who are unable to address the problem on their own as well as “draining the swamp” of pro-terrorism groups as I believe SoS Rice said
2. a collapsing economy based on lack of oversight An economy that was dutifully ignored by Democrats as they increased pressure in the wrong direction.
3. overdependency on foreign oil and oil in general in a time of declining supplies Its wishful thinking to assume you can supply the energy of North America with alternative fuels and alternative power sources.
4. increasing pollution and food contamination due to reduction of oversight Spending more on pollution controls also lets in Wacko restrictions on necessary resources and economic practices, which is a secondary issue to the Green Left - You have a job? you might lose it.
5. a worldwide reputation for torture comparable to China and Iran JUST PLAIN LAUGHABLE
_None of which is “Lib-propaganda.” _ All of which has been used by the left to win the Presidency and the Congress.

We, liberals, don’t think capitalism is bad. It’s just that even the best computers crash sometimes. Same with capitalism.
