Mr Thompson should reflect on the difference between printing an editorial critical of the government, or a news story about criminal activity by a government official and publishing classified information which could help our enemies.

And we have no evidence that anything threatening was said or published.
With all of the NSLs that have been given to phone companies, etc., to avoid subpoenas, I don’t have a lot of faith that the DOJ acted properly.
