    Referring to the bribes paid to Mexican officials? Ah, business as usual for the Walton family. I don’t think Sam would have approved, though.

    Disapproved indeed! Right now Sam Walton is spinning so fast in his grave that you could hook up a turbine and generate power!

    Is the guy with the suitcase Mitt’s long lost cousin?

    @Rx71Wm29

    It could be Mitt’s brother, who is a big time attorney.

    This might be the beginning of the end for Wal*Mart and Sam’s Club as the Feds are investigating. Poor Sam is spinning in his grave when he sees what his children have done to his ‘Baby’ Years ago, Sam Walton only sold items in his store that were made her in USA borders.

    I guess the ‘Walmart doesn’t pay women as much as men’ has been settled and the unions are moving on to something new to bash them. The media are willing lapdogs.

    I remember the way Wal-Mart was back when Sam Walton was in charge. Nice, friendly, local little stores. Too bad his kids didn’t share his values.

    Wow, you’ll defend anything, won’t you? Talk about a willing Faux News lapdog.

    I really don’t think that Empire will end anytime soon. Unfortunately, there are many areas (businesses) in which the Waltons are involved, banking being one.
    I, too, remember when the great attraction for Wal-Mart was “Made in the U.S.A.” I wonder whatever happened to that?
    Most puzzling of all (to me) is why did they have to import “Wal-Mart” at all? The Empire already owns a similar chain, quite popular with the Mexicans: “Bodega Aurrerá”!
