   The problem is that leftists believe that government MUST be involved in the dispensation of health-care, hence a need for a PLAN.

   Conservatives believe in individuals and private enterprise, and certainly do not want government to meddle in either.

   Ergo, leftist will always complain that conservatives have no plan, but remember, planned economy is a Marxist / fascist idea.

    “Individuals and private enterprise” are how our health care system became the mess it is.

    There are some cases where government involvement is the only way to make things work (roads, public works, schools, health care, etc.).
