She isn’t quitting - she just going out to raise some money and people for the rep. party. I think “someone” is “grooming” her to run in 2012. Too many conservatives and religious fundamentalists really like her.

She will run for president? Cool! She will be a real boost for the humor industry that lost valuable gag sources since W left.

Can’t imagine why people would call Palin a quitter just because she quit. Must be the work of the international communist conspiracy.

LOL! Nice one Gary. She couldn’t possibly be a quitter. Quitters are the people who quit things AND aren’t as awesome as she is, dontchaknow.

This, as are all other scumbag repukes, is just perfect. Start something you do not intend to finish. If there is the slightest difficulty you run and go fishin’. She and the rest of the jackals like her would not have stood a chance in 5th Marines, 7th Marines, 9th Marines or the CAP. Curb appeal: all looks and no substance. I say she should be the repuke nominee in ‘12. Three-time loser should look good to her moose skinnin’ buddies.

For real people? Responsible individuals “quit” and or change directions for good reasons all the time. The Left’s main fear from the last election resigns all of a sudden and this rises to the level of a character flaw? Drive-by template pablum -thinkers. In the past three weeks I’ve actually come to despise my own party’s wishy-washy prone or rabid-alarmist bent of late. But I do not see much leadership or competence exhibiting itself in the Democratic Party either- at least none that matters to the “real” people. I hope, somehow, some mouth-piece for traditional values aligned with honest practical service for the American people from the government comes into being. Hopefully with a leader like Sarah at the helm.

honest practical service is not a part of Palin’s record … not even close
she has a record of prevaricating about her record

And Obama is open about his past? About his policy u-turns? But as I told my dad (my main political debatee), all the Dems have to be is marginally successful or even marginally competent and Obama will be back in there for another term, such is the Republican travesty of late.
