More than 99% of my incoming calls are robocalls from collection agencies looking for Kim P———-.
About 90% of my outbound attempted calls are to fake caller ID numbers of the collection agencies that I would like to sue because I have had my telephone number 21 months and have no idea who Kim P———- is.

Caller ID, longest ring time for the answering machine, shortest recording,Do Not Disturb button and don’t answer any number you don’t know. Or you can pick up the call, count to 3 and hang up.
If it is a legitimate collection agency there has to be a way to contact them back. Contact them, find out who they are and report them. robo-calls of any type (except political of course) are supposed to be prohibited so if you can get a company name you can file a complaint. Of course you have to believe the that a government agency won’t be constrained by corporate interests dictated to the politicians. So I just do the first.
