    He has not admitted any wrongdoing. He as not been indicted. He has not been convicted. He has just been accused twice, once recanted, the other one may be a greedy copycat. I see no reason for Mr. Lester to draw a cartoon like this. But then again it’s Mike Lester, so what can you expect…

    I’m surprised it took this long for an Elmo related cartoon. The two things “conservatives” cannot forgive is 1) not being a Republican and 2) being gay. People aren’t going to bother learning the facts of the case. The guy is gay, therefore he’s obviously guilty of everything he’s accused of and more. ConserveGov’s comment is case in point.

    “We” didn’t. Elmo accounts for about 1/2 of their merchandizing sales. Of course “conservatives” like you will likely start boycotting him regardless of the facts.

    Gay, liberal, Muslim (or anything but grossly hypocritical “Christian”), poor, unemployed, anti-war, disabled, oh the list of those our “proudest conservatives” hate and automatically find guilty, is quite long indeed. (Just don’t blame anyone who lied to get us into two wars, and destroy our economy.)

    I know, but from what I’ve seen most people don’t care about what actually happened. They’ll have their predetermined narrative and will stick to it no matter what the facts prove to be.
