I’m sure Romney is going to win.
The guy on the right represents the 80% of the people who pay taxes, and they are furious that the 47% of the people represented by the guy on the left pay absolutely no taxes of any kind and get 100% of their income from the US government as AFDC: free food, free housing, and free healthcare. And the money from the US government that is paying for all that 100% free caviar and lobster and filet mignon and that 100% free government McMansion and that 100% free finest healthcare in the world is coming from the taxpayer on the right.
And you can see I doesn’t need the goverment to tax me to pay schoolteachers to learn me English or math.

2. Union card

6. Finger-painted picture from Biden
7. Libyan terrorism cover-up memo
8. Remnants of destroyed US Triple A Credit Rating
7. Apple from FLOTUS.

No one commented on the jackets being worn. The Obama supporter is an EmploYEE, the Romney supporter is an EmploYER. Any thoughts on that?
I just hope when the debate is over the two men don’t get into a fight that trashes the bar for everybody there. Too often our parties spend so much time attacking one another nothing constructive or useful take place and neighbors, like the ones posting here, becoming angry, insulting, and vindictive. Not folks I want to be stuck in a traffic jam with.
Respectfully,
C.

WE the taxpayer are the employers…
Romney would work for us, as in “We the People…” Unlike Obama who thinks we work for him.

I thought we all understood that the line is Labor v Management but Mr. Lester is changing the lettering to Employee v Employer.
.
In a way it is a brilliant shift in that it reflect just how much alike we are, but that we are divided by that one difference the “e” v. the “r”
.
Were that it was true. But the fact is that Romney holds a 40 point lead amongst white men in red states. They can’t all be employers.
.
the Dems have not done a good job of either protecting the workers or of presenting to them how they are better off as a result of Dem programs.
.
An example of this is the outrage at public pensions. People are cheesed that public emloyees still have a pension. After the private sector did away with pensions in favor of the less expensive 401k s that people have which got trashed twice since the beginning of the century.
.
Instead of being mad at the employer for having sold them a POS retirement plan, they’re mad at the public employees for having a pension.
.
The Dems NEVER make this case (as far as I see). No wonder the average red state male is mad at the Dems! Because they don’t know what they don’t. (the unknown unknown in the words of Donald Rumsfeld!)

I only now get that you are very good at
sarcasm… But not to confuse the natives: A
LOT of people who don’t pay federal income
tax still pay other taxes, for example payroll
tax. Another bunch WOULD have to pay
federal income tax but has enough deductibles
to avoid it – for example child credit. And then
there are members of the military and people
on Social Security. All in all: the 47% comment
by Gov. Romney may have been the stupidest
YET in American politics. Let’s see what the
debate brings. I hope Rachel Maddow has
some Valium at hand if Mitt drops another
bombshell this size on live TV. And if that happens
Joe Scarborough can have tomorrow off, I
simply can’t watch a grown-up man weep into
his script…

@HOWGOZIT
I think you misunderstood, the pile we are buried under was tossed on us by shrubster and crew. President Obama has worked to unbury us while the republicans have been saying “NO” all along.

@Respectful Troll
I saw that and figured mike forgot how to spell employee at first. Then I realized it doesn’t matter much unless that is the r/w decider out slumming.
