“You Olympians, however, know you didn’t get here solely on your own power,” said Romney.

The Truth can be painful……….to a Dem Lib. Obama said it,,,,,,and note……he is back on Teleprompter…..America must not know of his true feelings.

Yes, businesses and athletes BOTH benefit from interaction with others and the use of infrastructure. But Obama used this as an argument to discredit the accomplishments of business owners and take away even MORE of their earned rewards. So it would be EXACTLY the same if he told athletes that it wasn’t their hard work which made them successful (which he said of business people) and then confiscated their medals and prize money because it’s their “fair share.”

Listen to the full context of his remarks: it was unquestionably a diatribe against hard work and intelligence and for collectivism.

STILL on this garbage? Is the Obama administration so effective that you can’t find any legitimate criticisms that you have to make up stuff?

Since you have brought up Barack H. Obama’s legitimacy, maybe it should be discussed.

You see Canuck? And you thought the right ran out of legitimate criticisms.

Also, wasn’t it romney who bashed the olympians?

“Yes, businesses and athletes BOTH benefit from interaction with others and the use of infrastructure. But Obama used this as an argument to discredit the accomplishments of business owners and take away even MORE of their earned rewards.”
    - Nope, it was an emphasis on the importance of proper infrastructure, which tends to be highly undervalued. If you read it otherwise, that’s your problem

“So it would be EXACTLY the same if he told athletes that it wasn’t their hard work which made them successful (which he said of business people) and then confiscated their medals and prize money because it’s their “fair share.””

    - I don’t recall anyone’s medals getting confiscated.
“Listen to the full context of his remarks: it was unquestionably a diatribe against hard work and intelligence and for collectivism.”
    - Nope, just the importance of good infrastructure, and cooperation.
