   Fine Mike, whine, whine, whine… how about we take away the financial benefits that YOU receive for being married. The government getting involved in marriage in the first place is the biggest problem.

   Waging war on folks who’ve done nothing to us is disgusting. The whole “gay marriage” psychosis is disgusting, only because it shouldn’t be an issue.

   Want to bring down abortions? Offer giving up the baby after birth. Want to get the kids out of the orphanages? Allow adoption by gay couples (and, no, that doesn’t make the kids gay, scientifically proven). Want to encourage adoption by gays? Give them the same financial and legal treatment other families get. So easy to understand…

    I’m always surprised how many people are capable of completely missing the point of a cartoon. Lester isn’t attacking Gays or Gay Marriage here, he’s pointing out that the so-called Gay president hasn’t done ANYthing to change the legal status of Gays (he voiced a “personal preference” but has refused to support any legislation in favor of Gay marriage). So what HAS changed for Gays during his administration? The same thing that’s changed for everyone else: less money in the bank, fewer jobs, and a bleaker future.

    Historically, this “spirit” is the disembodied mother who was removed from family divinity. Father, son and mother? No, father, son and “holy spirit” Too funny- most religions are sexist and hypocritical.
