Mr. Holder has told the State Attorney Generals they don’t have to protect state Gay Marriage Bans. What is that, telling the people who must up hold the law to break there oaths.

It will come down to three first Amendment Rights, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech and Redress of Grievances. The people who are being told they must server and celebrate something they don’t believe in are the ones who will be damaged the most, if they are not allowed to practice their beliefs as they see fit. If a Photographer or a Baker don’t want to participate, fine, who many people will refuse the business. Sorry the people being damaged here are not gay couples.

Don’t forget the Black Panthers barricading the polling places.

How many Panthers were there and how exactly did they create a barricade? You can use either hand for counting.

I think it would be best to discriminate against tea party conservatives since my religion requires I be nice to my fellow man.

No one is forcing anyone to participate with gay marriage, unless you somehow consider a gay couple buying your goods and having them delivered as being participating. This issue was discussed yesterday, but it doesn’t fit how you are told to believe so you ignore it.
But what you are talking about is the government enforcing gay marriage bans, not private businesses not selling goods & services to gays. And the gay marriage bans I agree will come down to Constitutional challenges. First Amendment separations clause and Fourteenth Amendment equal protections clause. By the government imposing and enforcing bans on gay marriage they are violating the 14th amendment by treating gays differently than heterosexuals based on a theocratic agenda in violation of the 1st amendment. It makes us wonder, why is this so simple concept impossible for CONservatives to understand? You are all about getting government out of people’s lives, but then you fight and whine and cry about government getting out of peoples’ lives, at least the people you deem as icky or somehow less than you.
You are flat out wrong, WRONG. It is exactly gay couples who are being harmed here. In no way does the couple next door being gay AND being married prevent you from enjoying YOUR life, YOUR family, YOUR home. Unless you somehow need to impose YOUR beliefs upon others in order to be happy. If gay marriage is allowed you will NOT have to participate in gay marriage. That is simply a lie by those who purport such. You won’t have to participate unless of course you are gay and want to marry the person you love. But still no one will force you to.

Sadly you are on the wrong side of the issue, again.

Those of you who claim to be fiscal conservatives should be pleased.

Attempting to enforce laws that are unconstitutional is a monumental waste of time, effort, and revenue.

I have gone on record as being severely disappointed in Mr. Holder and his decisions, and I stand by those. However, this is one instance where I feel that he is 100% correct.

Those who oppose gay marriage would be wiser to change the conversation away from “marriage” and towards “civil unions”. Legal, but not religious. Problem solved?

Ten years from now Eric Holder will be seen as one of our best presidents. Remember I said this.

    @You again!

No you it didn’t. Two guys standing silently is not “barricades.” I walk by black guys all the time, shopping voting, it makes no difference.

“I walk by black guys all the time”

And according to many, you should not have to, the non whites should be in their own area so as not to mingle with the good white folks.

“how does it feel to always live in fear?”

There were at least two in the video talking smack to elderly white people.
I guess the fact that there is video means FOX made it up.Like all those other video’s of dems that LWNJ say are made up

What weight do you give to the clubs in their hands? How many bigoted assaults per square foot does it take to be illegal?
