I can’t believe that more people did not see this coming. The Democratic Party has always been about one thing, control. They were the party of slavery, in the 1910s they created segregation and then created the Dixie Crates. Despite what some in the left will tell you, only a few Dixie Crates moved to the Republican Party the rest just lost contact with politics and Society and you never heard from them again.

Truman and Eisenhower started the civil rights movement and the civil rights act of the early sixties was lead in the Senate by a Republican from Illinois.

Then the Democrats stole all that by handing out entitlements and look how all that debt has taken away are freedoms, both overtly and covertly. They create entire projects under welfare and social security that give more control to a strong central government and supports Democrat Party votes.

Now they are so embolden we have all these scandals. IRS, NSA, GSA, Fast and Furious and Benghazi. The IRS and NSA is taking away are talking away our freedoms. They may not be listening but if you dial one wrong number they will go back and listen to everything you say.

This is why smaller government is so important. We can’t even sell office buildings the federal government can’t use and we can’t fire the less then capable federal employees, so of course we are in bad shape. This is due to the fact Unions go on strike every time we change something. Sell those buildings and the caretakers are out of work.

Unions did a lot for the Middle Class but what has it done lately. Unions for fifty years have helped build the Middle Class and I am grateful. Still that ended when in the late 70s they have been forcing jobs overseas, so the debt has been paid. Of course companies are going to send jobs overseas for cheep labor. That is the number one cost in business.

A partial solution to this is “Right to Work” for federal employees. Let them decide for themselves if they want to be in that Union.

Ok how, don’t just say it show me why. Yes some of these issues started before but it is clear it is much worse now.

“Truman and Eisenhower started the civil rights movement…”

Really??? That’s a surprise. Oh well, as long as these two were there to create the movement and bestow it on people like Thurgood Marshal, W. E. B. Du Bois, Dick Gregory, Martin Luther King, Jr., Jackie Robinson, Rosa Parks, etc, so they could have the equality that they either were unaware existed, or hadn’t conceived that they could ask for. Thank-you for pointing out the facts for us.

Reasons; here is why you are wrong, yes Social Security was started well before, it was created for people who worked for a long time and would live maybe 10 years after they retired. Now they live over twenty.

Welfare and now Obama Care is added to the burden of the tax payer.

As for the recent scandals it is clear it is getting worse under President Obama, the Democrats jumping in is a reason piece of evidence for one, the bugging of the AP over the limit that the warrant allowed is another.

    As for sounding educated:
“You should be required to make a beeping noise when you are backing up a load of fertilizer like that”! and “Both a lie and a complete lack of any depth of understanding”.
Do you believe these attacks make you sound educated, I don’t think so.

As for when the civil rights movement started, you may want to educated yourself on the desegregation of the Military during the Korean War both under Truman and Eisenhower.

Sorry almost forgot, you may want to educate yourself on desegregation of the military under Truman and Eisenhower during the Korean war the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and in 1954 when President Eisenhower sent federal troops to protect children being integrated into public school.
