    I think that minting a couple of trillion dollar coins is a good idea.
    Remember CONgress racked up the bills and now blames the debt on the prez.

    The austerity approach to economic recovery is coming from the radical rich, Everyone else knows you cannot get the economy moving again without a stimulus.

    Remember, leader of the Nanny State Caliphate, Ayatollah Obamessiah, said that adding to the national debt was “unpatriotic” when Bush was in office.

    Yet Ayatollah Obamessiah can add far more to the debt than Bush ever did and it’s fine?

    I love how liberals fall all over themselves to cover for their lord and savior.

    The Patriot Act? When Bush was in office it was an abomination and there were constant protests over it. Ayatollah Obamessiah renewing it EACH AND EVERY YEAR? Not a problem!

    Attacks on terrorists in Afghanistan, etc., that kill some innocents by mistake? Under Bush it’s MURDER! Under Ayatollah Obamessiah? No problem.

    I could go on and on and on with the examples, but it doesn’t matter because liberals are dishonest, hypocritical, perverted parasites who have NO HONOR.

    Ahhh, Mike, thanks for the illustrated Limbaugh, but when out of money, with a good education, an excellent credit rating, and a bundle of creative ideas, each with enormous remunerative potential – STOPPING SPENDING – makes about as much sense as stopping eating. About. There are physical benefits to controlled fasting. I see none in aborting economic growth in the name of (current) Republican Economy Theory.

    @TheTrustedMechanic

    So with your way to figure debt Bush increased the debt 600 billion more than Obama did….oh wait……Bush did his thing over an 8 year period and Obama did his over a 4 year period and has 4 more to go with the CBO projecting another 3.9 trillion dollars over the next 10 years. So we can say that his budget proposal plans to spend 390 billion dollars MORE than revenue collected each year (which is a reduction in deficit spending) and will thus ADD TO the debt. So let’s add that estimate to the total – another 1.6 trillion dollars (hehe bet it ends up higher..just wait) so Obama wins the debt added context by a TRILLION dollars. Well, IF you are “fair” and wait for his second term to be over.

    But really TM, who is it that is saying that deficit spending is a good thing? Who is it that is saying a 63 billion dollar a year increase in revenue is a “victory” when the service on the debt is over 300 billion a year (that’s just the interest added to the debt each year you know)?

    And who is it that is trying to cut spending and balance a budget … shoot just HAVE a budget as required by law?

    You may want to rethink the position of defending Obama and his policies.

    Simple fact, “Reaganomics” and wars, were responsible for over $12 trillion of the debt, period. “W” only made it worse (WITH his Republicans in Congress) by NOT paying attention to the tax increases even Reagan and his daddy implemented to try to reduce the debt rise.

    The real “wooden nickel” belongs to Reagan, just ask David Stockman, Reagan’s Treasury guy who confessed the math didn’t work.

    For a guy claiming to speak truth to power you have a lot of "if"s. Obama has raised the debt in four years more then Bush in eight. Even “if” everything you say is true Obama would still out due Bush in eight years to eight. Sorry Bush has been gone for four whole years, the issues we are dealing with now are not because of him.

    Have your tried adjusting the images’ sizes so they don’t appear to be too big for the post?
    Just use the options for e.g. width=“200” height=100" within the img src tag
