Two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Ramirez combines an encyclopedic knowledge of the news with a captivating drawing style to create consistently outstanding editorial cartoons.
"Editorial cartoons should be smart and substantive, provocative and informative. They should stir passions and deep emotions. Editorial cartoons should be the catalyst for thought, and frankly speaking, if you can make politicians think, that is an accomplishment in itself."

Like the actor listed as playing Keyser Söze, the usual suspects will disappear and avoid being rounded up.

Hahaha, Hey Dale, you are a riot… Hahaha, in your eagerness to contradict and attack everything I say in this board, you continually show your low ability to follow the facts and logical conclusion of the drawing/panel depicted in front of you…….

So let me get this straight..according to you, allowing the free exchange of contributions (Bribes) and Bonuses to and from AIG (to crooked politicians)in Geithner’s Cafe (Illegal Casino = Congress)makes him (Geithner) a *HERO??
Priceless!!! LOL
Feel free to continue your attacks, I truly enjoy reading them very much …LOL

Dale Mach has a habit of coming back at anyone who doesn’t agree with him this way.

Very good cartoon. Though it seems some of us do get the reference, I have to say Mach is probably right in that most won’t have watched the old classic and will not get the toon.

I did not watch them, but I do get the cartoon.
Don’t you all just love how MOST liberals will, no matter what is said and how, stick up for each other?

Ideology should be reflected with at least a modicum of reality. Mr. Ramirez all too often allows his personal demons cloud what might otherwise might have been a very descriptive cartoon about government corruption. Nice try.
