The Lone Ranger started in black and white then went to full color. Created by George W. Trendle who created the Green Hornet who is related to the Lone Ranger in more ways than one. Owns a news paper, last name of Reid and dons a mask with a co-fighter against crime—-Tonto for the LR and Kato for the GH.
