   Mr. Payne should tell Lila to clean the toilets. Maybe filing and customer service won’t seem so bad. But to me customer reps and technicians (the good ones anyway) have their own special ‘talent’ to be able to deal with customers and explain details and issues clearly. Something that I can’t handle. So I respect and thank the good ones.

   I did customer service/tech support for 15 years. I would have liked some filing to get away from the phones for a while. But then again, Lila doesn’t seem to do much work, does she? ;-)

    Good eye, Macushlalondra. I had forgotten about that detail. The $64,000 question: did JWF slip? That’s okay. In the comics, one can come up with a miracle hair do restorer.

    BTW Perkycat and Macushlalondra, maybe my father-in-law could have used one of your cat photos for the cover of his cat story book he and I put together. Too late though. We already used another one.

    Hated being sent to the retired president of the corporation’s office to sort and file his junk papers. Got some of them misfiled and, of course, those were the ones he wanted. Oops~
