@ Phatts California: Based on my experience, I agree. They presumed I was a slow learner. They even considered putting me in special ed. But the truth was I wasn’t interested in school. When they taught subjects I was interested in, or the teacher could make the subject interesting, I excelled-surprising everyone.

Lila has diplayed the perfect liberal tendency…blame somone else for your own failures.

Yeah you have to find a way to get past things like parental verbal abuse. The best thing Lila could do for herself is move far away from mommy dearest, I did.

Calvin had a good one on this subject: Calvin: I don’t like school. Father: Why not? You like to learn. You have read every book on dinosaurs, so why not school? Calvin: We don’t study dinosaurs.

Treesareus was merely making an observation about Lila’s behaviour. She is looking for someone to blame, which lately has been a liberal tendency in the U.S, where the Dems blame the bad economy on the GOP. Nothing in his post or in the comic suggested that conservatives are either profound or ignorant. Are you intimating that name calling is also a liberal tendency?
