If you go by what Alexandra thinks is harassment, Lilah is guilty of harassing Mr. Payne.

Instead of going to HR and whining, women should stand up for themselves and tell the man who they consider is harrassing them that what he is saying is making them uncomfortable. Of course, some women crave the attention. Others have used sexual harrassment charges to get what they want or show co-workers that they can be a queen B. I have seen this practice at many of my workplaces.

Yeah. “You give me a raise, or a promotion, or time off, or extra breaks, or this or that or I’ll accuse you of sexual harrassment.” That would be really crummy.

There is a woman where I work that is a serious flirt, yet she complains when people spread rumors about her.

Sexual harassment is the same no matter what the person looks like who is doing it.

@Doctor Toon: I know a woman like this. Wears extremely low cut blouses where the “girls” are pushed up and out so far that they practically slap you in the face. Then she has the never to spread glitter on them! But you BETTER NOT say anything to her about it though….

I don’t know if anyone will read this but here goes. Back late 70’s early 80’s I worked at a place, fortunaetly I was not effected, where upper management an older women would openly flirt and take advantage of a male coworker.
The another type the boss brother would try to consort with a young woman who it upset. I mentioned about this for the later and they just laughed it off saying the guy wasn’t serious. I was not one effected by all this and was able to leave when I had my first baby then.
Now people can get in serious trouble.
    Only Lila loves this.
