    Not necessarily. If you’re married or just not interested it would be sexual harassment if he didn’t take no for an answer, no matter what he looks like.

    There was a woman at work that I flirted with a few years ago.
    The flirting went both ways, mostly harmless.
    One night I said something that I knew was pretty questionable.
    I followed it up with the statement that sexual harassment only covers unwanted advances.
    The smile I received in return told me I had nothing to worry about.
    Never went beyond that, actually dating a co-worker is dangerous ground.
