    The strip is set in Cleveland, where I grew up. You occasionally need a coat there in July – the record low for the month is 41 degrees Fahrenheit, set in 1968:

    i agree Sternvogel i grew up here in buffalo and you never know , now that i have returned here, i keep a hoodie in my car all year
