    The pipeline leads to Houston and Denver. Of course, considering BP (British Petroleum) is the biggest winner in the Gulf of Mexico?? It’s going to get REALLY interesting with the CORPORATIONS lining up to suck up to whatever nations actually DO finally establish claiming rights under international convention for all those underwater Arctic reserves! (The geography, as well as geology, IS getting more interesting regarding those claims!!)

    Also it is very complicated and hazardous to drill.

    Read today’s paper. Oil can be made by algae now. Between that and fracking, we will soon be swimming in oil…. So they say.

    Fossil fuels will someday be the same as alchemists converting lead to gold: don’t work. Yes, alternatives ARE going go be available for quite a while, but population growth, and demand for ALL mineral resources, especially the rare earths (required as catalysts in many methods of extracting fossil fuels, or electricity) may disappear first.

    By all means, we must NOT do anything to conserve energy!!!******

    It is certainly a rich pipeline all in green.

    @Debt Free

    It IS exactly that condition that most environmentalists (many of whom are your hated libs) are trying to prevent!! But it takes someone with a long view to work it out, not short term profit people such as you seem to worship!
