Well, why not? “Churches” already drop millions into elections, so why not just do it like every other organization that wants to buy a congressman or ten??

    From Wikipedia:
A papal bull is a particular type of letters patent or charter issued by a Pope of the Catholic Church. It is named after the lead seal (bulla) that was appended to the end in order to authenticate it.

Since the Churches today seem to be nothing more then PACS, they need to lose the outmoded “Tax-Exempt” Status they enjoy!
Tax the Churches, and make it retroactive to the point when they started getting into politics!

Better yet only give them tax deductions for the funds redistributed to the needy and business credits per the current business tax structure.

The soon to be former Pope will be living in the Vatican. Most unusual to say the least.
