Hanging out in the lobby, buttonholing legislators as they pass through.
Perhaps a second entrance without a lobby?
Or truth in advertising could prevail, bribes are bribes and selling our country has a high price.
What would be a good name for this combination, those who would destroy for personal gain.
I know my name for them, but Gocomic has rules of decency prohibiting accurate description.

They could call themselves Special Interest Representatives to the Congress. That is their function, to represent the arguments and reasoning of special interest groups, corporate, union or collective interests to members of both houses of the Congress. How about Group Asset Persuasion Brains, or GAP-Brains for short?

As of June, there were 12553 federal lobbyists registered in Washington, down from 14800 at the end of 2008.

    Specialists Helping Information Trading.
Our local school district has a paid lobbyist representing them.
The rep is probably doing an honest job, which would make her totally useless in congressional lobbies.
But…..our local school district? small wonder there are over 12,000 lobbyists.
